Services in all five boroughs link consumers who are diagnosed with developmental disabilities, who are deaf or hard of hearing, or who are deaf and have psychiatric disabilities, with information, referral, and advocacy for medical, recreational, residential, and clinical services. Clients for these services must be Medicaid eligible.
