F·E·G·S helps older individuals maintain their connection to the Jewish and broader communities through programs that support their independence, dignity, health, emotional well being, and social/recreational needs.
- Golden Age Project (GAP), Matches volunteers with homebound and isolated seniors, providing them with socialization and companionship through weekly visits. & Contact Information
- Hands on Huntington and Project Independence. F·E·G·S, in partnership with the Towns of Huntington and North Hempstead, North Shore/LIJ Health System, and other community-based organizations, offers programs that bring comprehensive counseling, case management, health, social, recreational, and volunteer services to frail and elderly seniors age 60 and over.

- Partners in Caring-Aging offers a network of specialized services on-site at Queens synagogues, including information, referral, assessment, counseling, support groups, and community education for elderly congregants and community members.

- Behavioral Health – The F·E·G·S Brooklyn Resource Center on Kings Highway and The Honorable Caroline K. Simon Counseling Center/Rego Park provide services to older adults in the office and out of the office that include screening, evaluation, and verbal/medication therapies for a wide range of emotional or psychiatric disabilities. Both locations are New York State licensed outpatient clinics, and provide specialized information and referral services to the Russian-speaking community. & Contact Information
