- Partners in Dignity - Volunteers assist and support individuals and families coping with serious or terminal illness by providing emotional and caring support, respite, visits, phone calls, holiday baskets, driving patients to medical appointments, grocery shopping, doing errands, and delivering meals. & Contact Information
Helping Families in Crisis
- Adopt-a-Family - An opportunity for you and your family to give something special to a family in need, be it food and clothing, on a monthly basis. Needy families also receive F·E·G·S professional case management services. & Contact Information
- Community Involvement - Through schools, synagogues, and youth groups, F·E·G·S obtains and distributes school supplies, food, and clothing to needy families. & Contact Information
- Literacy Volunteers - Volunteers in the Children’s Library of the F·E·G·S Hempstead Multi-Service Center provide homework assistance, reading, and tutoring to the children of parents served by the clinical and employment programs.
