ParnossahWorks™ is an online job search and employment assistance system supported by career and employment professionals.

Through ParnossahWorks -

• Job seekers can search for, review, and apply for open positions for which they are qualified. They will also find tips on resume writing, cover letters, networking, and interviewing techniques.


• Employers can list job openings, skill requirements, locations, and other appropriate information.

Our goal is to call upon resources within the community to identify and list appropriate job openings that meet the professional needs of applicants and employers.

For Job Seekers

Maintaining the dignity and confidentiality of all concerned is a major component of ParnossahWorks™.

All job applicant inquiries and employer listings will be channeled to F·E·G·S employment counselors, who will provide appropriate job counseling, if needed, and act as the interface between applicants and employers, providing both with feedback.

For Employers

Through ParnossahWorks™ you have the ability to select, interview, and hire from a highly skilled and diverse pool of applicants from within the community, and who have been pre-screened by the F·E·G·S employment services team.
