MBA students at Columbia University founded the Interview Practice and Review for Emerging Professionals (I-PREP). Business and law students conduct mock interviews for the career development of clients participating in F·E·G·S programs. Columbia Business and Fordham Law School students volunteer their expertise as they give tips and training for future interviews.

Provides a way for limited-income adults, 60 and older, to provide assistance and friendship to adults with developmental disabilities. After 40 hours of training, the Senior Companion commits to volunteering a minimum of 15 hours a week with an assigned consumer in their day program.
