F·E·G·S has been designated as the official refugee resettlement agency for the Jewish community in New York State by the Office of Refugee Resettlement of the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services and the New York State Office of Temporary and Disability Assistance (OTDA).
Refugee resettlement services, offered through NYANA Immigrant and Resettlement Services at F·E·G·S, provide initial resettlement services, case management, support services coordination, English for speakers of other languages (ESOL), citizenship preparation, counseling, and employment preparation and job placement assistance.
