Vocational, employment exploration and work maturity skills offered for out-of-school, economically disadvantaged youth, ages 19-21. General office skills training through work-based learning, office technology courses and internships. Participants who satisfactorily complete an internship and occupational skills training are placed in an unsubsidized job, while supported by on-going job placement assistance, counseling, job readiness training, recreational programming and youth development experiences.
