Serves individuals, couples, families and groups providing specialty services in Dialectical Behavior Therapy. Treatment is also offered for individuals who are developmentally disabled or abusing substances in conjunction with their emotional difficulties. Evening hours and bilingual services are available. The Rego Park Center specializes in information and referral services for the Russian-speaking community. Licensed by the New York State Office of Mental Health.

Residential living with 24-hour, 7-day-a-week, on-site supervision for adults who have a mental illness and/or are homeless and able to leave institutional care but are not yet ready for independent living. Instruction and support in daily living skills, self-medication, community living skills, and substance abuse services available. Residents are encouraged to participate in rehabilitation/vocational program activities outside of the residence.

Transitional support counselors provide assistance in obtaining benefits such as Medicaid, Food Stamps and other entitlements, as well as links to psychiatric treatment, housing, vocational training, employment, and other concrete services for individuals being discharged from prison or jail who have been in mental health treatment during incarceration.
